2 (10 oz) salmon steaks
Sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/8 cup lemon juice
Ground cloves
Heat broiler. Place salmon on a cookie sheet. Combine sauce ingredients and brush over salmon. Broil on both sides until lightly browned and tender. Do not over cook. Serves 8
