BEER PARMESAN ROLLS

3 cups baking mix
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup beer
3 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
2 tbsp butter

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes, until golden. Brush with 2 tbsp melted butter.

Note: Can be stored overnight in an airtight container. Reheat by brushing rolls with butter and bake at 425 for 4-5 minutes.
