CLAMS AND PRAWNS BIANCO

3 green onions, thinly sliced
4 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 (6 oz) bottles clam juice
4 lbs clams in shells
1 1/2 lbs prawns or large shrimp, shelled and cleaned
1/4 cup snipped parsley

In a saucepan, cook onion and garlic in olive oil until tender but not brown. Stir in juice. Add seafood; heat to boiling. Cover and boil gently for 10-12 minutes or until shells open. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crusty French bread. Serves 4
