1 large head cabbage, shredded very fine
1 onion, chopped
1 green or red bell pepper, chopped
20 stuffed olives
1 cup sugar
Dressing
1 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp celery seed
1/2 cup salad oil
1 tbsp salt and mustard
Combine first 4 ingredients and pour sugar over vegetables. Let stand 15 minutes.
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Serves 6-8
