SUN-DRIED TOMATO SEASONED SALMON - Easy

2 (8 oz) salmon fillets, about 1 1/2 inches thick
1/4 cup favorite sun-dried tomato vinaigrette
Cooking spray

Marinade fillets in vinaigrette about 30 minutes in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 400. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray and place salmon skin-side down. Pour marinade over salmon and bake, uncovered, until fish flakes, about 18-21 minutes (about 6-7 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness). Remove skin and cut each fillet in half. Serves 5
