* WEEKNIGHT BEEF STROGANOFF* - Crock pot

1 1/2 to 2 lbs stew meat
1-2 clove garlic, minced
1 cup chopped onion and sliced mushrooms
Pepper and thyme, to taste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can each cream of golden mushroom soup and cream of onion soup
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
Hot, cooked noodles
Combine ingredients except cream cheese and sour cream in a crock pot and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours, or until beef is tender. During last 20 minutes of cooking, stir in cream cheese and sour cream until blended. Serve over hot noodles.
