4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, crushed
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
Pepper, to taste
Combine ingredients and form into 4 patties. Cook as desired. Serves 4
