* LEMON SHEET CAKE*

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz) pkg lemon gelatin
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream

Glaze
2 cups confectioners sugar, sifted
1/4 cup lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan; set aside.

Mix together cake ingredients on low speed for 1 minute, scraping down sides and increase speed to medium for 2 minutes. Pour into pan and bake in oven until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.

Prepare glaze with cake is baking. Immediately poke holes in the top of the cake with a fork, not tearing the cake. Pour the glaze over the cake and allowing to seep into the holes. Allow to set before cutting.
