GRILLED CHICKEN QUESADILLAS

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 flour tortillas
Taco seasoning
Garlic, salt and pepper
Minced jalapeno
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 tbsp sour cream

Warm grill. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with seasonings and cook for 10-15 minutes. Cut into chunks and place on 4 tortillas. Top with remaining ingredients and top with remaining tortillas. Place on the grill and cook one side until the cheese starts to melt and flip to grill the other side. Cut into wedges and top with favorite toppings.
