ORANGE GLAZED PORK CHOPS

1/4 tsp salt, pepper and paprika
4 pork chops
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup orange marmalade

Combine first 3 ingredients; sprinkle on each chop. Heat on in skillet over medium heat. Add chops and brown on each side. Add juice; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8-10 minutes. Turn chops over; cover and cook and additional 8-10 minutes. Drizzle syrup over chops; spread thinly with orange marmalade.
