VERY BERRY SORBET

3 cups frozen no-sugar-added berries, slightly defrosted, any type
2 tsp frozen orange juice concentrate
4 tsp water
2 tsp brandy or cognac, optional

In a food processor, process ingredients until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Serve. Note: this can be frozen. About 15 minutes before serving, remove from freezer to let defrost until it is soft enough to serve.
