CREAM OF CRAB SOUP

1/8 lb butter
1 cup whole milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch curry powder
1 1/4 to 2 tsp Old Bay
4 cup half and half
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 lb crab meat
1 tbsp sherry

Scald butter. While heating over low to medium heat, add milk, half and half and cream of celery soup. Add seasonings. Stir in crab meat. Add sherry just before serving. NOTE: If needed, make a paste with some cornstarch and water and pour into mixture when is starts to boil to thicken soup.
