SAUTEED ASPARAGUS WITH BACON

Category: Asparagus

1/2 lb bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 bunch asapargus, cut top and slice stem 1/8” thick diagonally
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Dash roasted sesame seeds
4 large baked potatoes

Brown bacon. Drain excess oil but reserve 2 tbsp. Add asparagus to bacon and saute. Add sliced mushrooms and toss. Add soy sauce to mixture and let sizzle in hot skillet. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds. Place mixture as topping on baked potatoes and serve with sour cream and chopped green onions. Serves 4-6
