CHEESY ASPARAGUS BAKE

1 (10 1/2 oz) can asparagus cuts, or frozen and cooked as directed
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise and shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 egg white, beaten until stiff

Place asparagus in a shallow 1-quart baking dish with red pepper. Combine next 3 ingredients and fold in egg white. Spread over asparagus. Bake at 350 or until heated through.
