2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
6 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup napa cabbage, shredded
1/2 oz Maine lobster meat, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, combine all ingredients until well-blended, using a whisk. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
