WHITE CHEDDAR AND OLIVE FINGER SANDWICHES

3/4 pound sharp white Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup chopped Spanish olives
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 loaf party pumpernickel bread

In small bowl, combine cheese, olives, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Cover and refrigerate. To serve, spread 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on 1 slice party pumpernickel. Top with additional bread slice. Repeat procedure with remaining cheese mixture and bread slices.
