WHITE-CHOCOLATE PEANUT-BUTTER CUPS

3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 16-ounce box powdered sugar
6 tbsp butter, melted
16 ounces package white chocolate candy coating
Miniature baking cups

Combine graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Mix thoroughly and roll into patties slightly smaller than baking cups.

Melt chocolate coating according to package directions. Spoon approximately 1 tsp chocolate coating into baking cups. Place peanut butter patty on top of chocolate, pressing down slightly. Add addtional chocolate on top to cover. Continue process until all patties have been covered with chocolate. Store candies in cool place.
