LEMON SUPREME BUNDT CAKE

1 lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz) pkg lemon instant pudding
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Water and lemon juice to equal 1 cup liquid
2 oz poppy seeds, soaked and drained
2 tsp vanilla extract

Drizzle
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 tbsp softened butter
Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon

Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake ingredients and pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. When cake is completely cooled, remove from pan. Mix together drizzle ingredients and pour over cake.
