ASPARAGUS WITH ALMOND BUTTER

1 lb asparagus, ends removed
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Steam asparagus until crisp-tender, about 4-6 minutes stirring often until asparagus is tender. Cook nuts in olive oil until golden brown. Stir in lemon juice. Arrange steamed asparagus on serving plate and drizzle almond butter mixture over asparagus. Serves 4
