6 oz chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar and flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
1 cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
1 cup chocolate chips
4 oz white chocolate, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 cup milk chocolate, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
Preheat oven to 325. Spray baking pans with cooking spray. IN a saucepan, melt semi-sweet chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
In a bowl, beat eggs and sugars until pale and creamy. Pour into melted chocolate, beating until well blended. Beat in dry ingredients, vanilla extract and salt just until blended. Stir in nuts, chips and chocolate pieces.
Drop dough by tbspfuls 2 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 2 minute before remove to wire racks to cool completely.
