CHOCOLATE SNOWBALLS II

3/4 cup packed brown sugar and softened butter
1/4 cup milk
3 (1 oz) squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350. IN a bowl, combine sugar and butter. Beat until creamy. Add next 4 ingredients. Continue beating until well mixed. Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients except confectioners sugar. Beat until well mixed. Refrigerate until firm, 1-2 hours. Shape rounded tspfuls into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inch apart on cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. Carefully remove from cookie sheet and roll in powered sugar while still warm and again when cool.
