CHOCOLATE LAYERED CHEESECAKE PIE - Easy

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
4 oz German sweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
1 chocolate crumb crust

Mix cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Remove 1 cup batter and stir the melted chocolate into it. Pour chocolate batter into crust and top with plain batter. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.
