OVEN METHOD APPLE BUTTER

9 cups thick applesauce
5 cups sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
5 1/2 oz candy cinnamon hearts

In a heavy pan, combine ingredients and heat on top of stove until candy hearts dissolves. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to 300. Leave in oven for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
