FRIED APPLES

4 tbsp butter
4-6 slices unpeeled Jonathan apples
2 tbsp sugar and brown sugar
Dash of salt

Melt butter in skillet; stir in apples and sprinkle with sugars and salt. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring and turning from time to time. Serve warm.
