BARBECUED BEEF BRISKET III

Put brisk in foil with fat side up. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle on top 1/2 pkg onion soup mix. Sprinkle with liquid smoke and garlic powder. Wrap up tightly with foil. Bake at 300 for 4-5 hours, depending on side. When half done, pour barbecue sauce on and continue to bake all covered and sealed. When done, cool and slice across the grain.
