BARBECUE BEEF BRISKET II (Crock Pot)

1 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and round black pepper
1 tsp liquid smoke flavoring and garlic powder
1/2 tsp seasoned salt and dry mustard
1 onion, chopped sliced
1 (5 1/2 lb) beef brisket

In a large bowl, combine the ingredients, coating the brisket well. Marinate overnight. Cook in crock pot on low for 9 to 10 hours. Remove brisket from slow cooker, let rest about 15 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
