BAKED STEAK IN TOMATO SAUCE

6-7 lb roast, cut into large chunks
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper
1/8 cup oregano, pepper and garlic salt
1 large can stewed tomatoes
2 large cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 cups water

Brown meat in a Dutch oven. Add next 5 ingredients and continue cooking until vegetables are softened. Stir occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for 3 hours or until thickened and meat is tender. Serves 8-10
