BAKED BRISKET FROM NORTH LOUISIANA

1 tbsp garlic powder, Mrs. Dash and seasoned salt
2 tbsp celery seed, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke
1 large brisket

Mix in a small bowl until you make a paste. With a pastry brush, pat onto brisket. Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 300 for 5 hours.
