SAVORY SALMON PUFFS

1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 (6 oz) an salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 cup sliced celery, chopped green or red bell pepper and chopped pitted ripe olives
1 tbsp green onion slices
3/4 tsp dill weed
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 pkg frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
1 egg, slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 425. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add next 8 ingredients. Place 1 pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and roll out to a 12x10 inch rectangle. Transfer to a baking sheet. Brush edges of pastry with egg; spread with salmon mixture over pastry to within 1 inch of edges.

Roll out second sheet and place over filling, matching edges; crimp edges with fingers to seal. Score top of pastry diagonally in both directions at 1 inch intervals. Bake 25-30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cut into slices; serve warm. Serves 16
