ALL DAY ROAST - Crock pot

2 cups water
1 onion, sliced
4-5 cloves garlic, sliced
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp dry mustard
3 1/2 - 4 lb rolled beef roast
Make slits in roast and place garlic slices in the slits. Season meat with salt and pepper. Place roast in with widest end down. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on LOW for 8 to 12 hours or until fork tender. Remove from broth and let stand on a platter, covered with foil while preparing gravy with broth. Slice meat. Serves 6
