2 lbs haddock fillets, cut into serving size pieces
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Place fish on a greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
