ITALIAN-STYLE CABBAGE

1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp fennel
1/4 cup thinly sliced ham
4 cups chopped cabbage
Salt and pepper
2-4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add next 3 ingredients and cook about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add cabbage, cook 5 minutes. Cover and cook until liquid evaporates. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
