BAKED SOLE WITH CHARDONNAY AND GARLIC BUTTER

12 oz sole fillets, seasoned with paprika, white pepper and salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 tbsp chardonnay or dry white wine
1/8 tsp minced garlic

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly oil a baking pan and add seasoned fillets. Bake about 4-6 minutes. Blend together remaining ingredients and spoon over the warm fish and serve immediately. Serves 2
