HERB BAKED CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES
Category: Chicken
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp each Cavendar’s Greek Seasoning, basil, seasoned salt and thyme
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
4 medium carrots, cut into chunks
1 medium green or red bell pepper, cut into chunks
2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
8 chicken pieces, seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika
Mix together the water, flour and seasonings. Place the vegetables and pour the herb mixture over the vegetables in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Place the chicken on top and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes, remove the cover and continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
