ZESTY SPIRALS

1 pkg dry Ranch dressing mix
2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, minced
4 (12inch ) tortillas
4 oz jar diced pimientos
4 oz can diced green chilies
2.25 oz can sliced black olives.

Combine dressing mix, cream cheese and onions. Spread on tortillas. Drain pimientos, chilies and olives and blot dry on paper towels. Sprinkle equal amounts onto cream cheese mixture. Roll tortillas tightly. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Cut rolls into 1-inch slices. Discard ends. Serve spirals face up.
