3 chickens, cut into serving pieces
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 large yellow onion, coarsely chopped
Salt and pepper

Place chicken in a dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor and process until a smooth puree is formed. Pour over the chickens, rubbing into the chicken. Cover and marinade in the refrigerator overnight.

Wipe off any excess marinade off the chicken. Grill for approximately 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
