Shelly's Recipe

* DING DONG CAKE* - Easy

1 box ding dongs
2 small boxes instant chocolate or white chocolate pudding, prepared with pie directions
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 containers whipped topping, thawed

Optional toppings
1 candy bar chopped
1/2 - 3/4 cup chopped nuts

Cut ding dongs in half, placing icing side up. Prepare pudding. Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 container whipped topping. Spread over ding dongs, then pudding and finally 2nd container of whipped topping. Sprinkle with optional topping, if desired. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
