DESSERT PIZZA II

Brownie layer
3/4 cup butter
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
4 unsweetened chocolate squares
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Filling
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Topping
Assorted sliced fruit
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 12x12 inch pizza pan with foil and grease. Brownie layer: Melt chocolate and butter, stirring occasional melted. Stir in 2 cups sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour. Spread in prepared pizza pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Topping: Mix together until well blended. Pour over hot, baked brownie crust. Bake 10 minutes longer or until. Do not over bake. Cool in pan. Lift brownie pizza out of pan; peel of foil. Place on a serving plate. Arrange fruit slices over cream cheese layer. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Let stand until set before serving.
Variation: Use cookie dough instead brownies. For filling, melt 6 oz chocolate chips with 2 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp milk, stirring until glossy. Stir in 1 cup confectioners sugar. Decorate with chopped pecans, m & Ms and flaked coconut, pressing lightly into filling. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
