COWBOY MEAT AGER

Category: Spice Mixes

1/2 cup ketchup
2 cups water
1/2 cup each lemon juice and cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 large onion, cut into wedges
1 cup corn oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp each coarse ground pepper and garlic

Combine ingredients and submerge favorite steak or chops in marinade at least 24 hours, refrigerated and covered. Drain well and broil or grill as desired.
