1/2 cup favorite bbq sauce
3/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
2 lbs country-style ribs
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients and baste onto ribs. Grill about 10 minutes, turn and baste again; discard excess basting sauce. Grill ribs another 10 minutes or until completely cooked through and tender. Serves 4
