APRICOT MUSTARD GLAZED CHICKEN BREASTS

Category: Chicken

1/2 cup honey mustard or Dijon mustard
3 tbsp apricot preserves
1 tsp ground ginger
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Blend first 3 ingredients. Brush mixture on chicken. Grill or broil, brushing with remaining mustard mixture frequently until done.
