MAPLE MUSTARD GLAZE

1 cup pure maple syrup
4 tablespoons prepared Dijon mustard
2 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt and ground pepper to taste
2 pounds meat of your choice (such as pork tenderloin)

In a small bowl, stir together maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Place your meat of choice in a shallow roasting pan. Spread glaze evenly over meat and roast to desired doneness.
