ITALIAN-STYLE DINNER ROLLS - Easy

1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped, about 2/3 cup
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp dried basil or Italian Seasoning, crumbled
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
milk
2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

Lighly coat a loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.

Divide dough into 12 portions. On a lightly floured surface, flatten each dough portion to a 3 inch round. Spoon about 1 tbsp tomato mixture into center of each dough round; shape dough around tomato mixture into a ball. Pinch the dough together to seal.

Place rolls, seam side down, in a prepared baking pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place until nearly doubled in side, about 30-45 minutes. Lighly brush tops with milk and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Heat oven to 375 and bake about 20 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Cool in pan on a wire rack about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
