2 1/2 lbs boneless chuck steak, cut into thin slices
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
5 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced green onions
Combine ingredients and pour into a crock pot. Stir together and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Serve with rice. Serves 4-6
