HOT AND SPICY CHICKEN NUGGETS

1 cup water
2 tbsp hot pepper sauce
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
3/4 cup flour
1 (1 oz) pkg chili seasoning
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup water
Vegetable oil
Honey-mustard, optional

Combine 1 cup water and hot pepper sauce; set aside. Add chicken pieces to mixture and marinade in refrigerator at least 1 hour.

Combine flour, chili seasoning, egg and 1 cup water; whisk until smooth.

Drain and dry chicken thoroughly. Heat oil in deep fryer to 375. Dip chicken into batter and fry in oil until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Drain on paper towels. Serve with honey mustard as a dipping sauce.
