TARTE FLAMBE

Prepared pizza dough for a 12-inch pizza
1 to 2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced partially or fully cooked bacon
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Knead pizza dough gently 2 or 3 minutes and sprinkle lightly with flour. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest while oven heats.
Pat or roll out dough to 12-inch diameter. Lay it out on a baking sheet lightly brushed with olive oil. Let dough rest 15 to 30 minutes until it puffs up slightly.
Stir sour cream and milk together. Spread over dough. Sprinkle onion and bacon evenly over the top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes, or until crisp. Serve hot or at room temperature. Serves 4
