4 cups cranberry-apple juice
2 cups water
6 to 8 cinnamon sticks, plus more for serving if desired
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 to 6 whole allspice
6 English Breakfast tea bags
In large saucepan, combine cranberry-apple juice, water, 6 to 8 cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and allspice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer over low heat 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Arrange tea bags in large teapot and pour cranberry-apple mixture through strainer into teapot. Cover pot and let tea steep 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags and serve with extra cinnamon sticks for stirring, if desired. Makes 8 servings
