BLACKENED SHRIMP FETTUCCINE

8 oz fettuccine, cooked and drained
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp blackening seasoning
3/4 lb peeled and deveined large fresh shrimp
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, drained
1/4 tsp pepper
While pasta is cooking, Spray a skillet with cooking and heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over shrimp. Add shrimp to skillet; cook 2 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon juice. Add tomatoes and pepper; cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon mixture over drained pasta. Serve immediately.
