2 (4 oz) pkg bottom round steaks
1 small onion, chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt and pepper
1 (16 oz) can whole tomatoes, crushed
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp dried oregano and sugar
6 cooked jumbo pasta shells
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Cut steak into 2inch pieces. In a saucepan, cook beef, onion and garlic in oil until beef is slightly browned. Sprinkle salt and pepper over beef. Stir in tomatoes, spices and sugar. Cover lightly and cook slowly, 1 1/2 hours or until beef is tender.

Uncover and continue cooked 10 minutes. Remove meat with slotted spoon to cutting surface. Shred with two forks. Return shredded beef to sauce. Stir in cheese. Fill each shell with beef mixture. Place filled shells in lightly greased 1-quart dish. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
