BARBECUE CHICKEN AND ANDOUILLE PASTA

1 tbsp oil
2 oz chicken breasts, cut into cubes
Salt, black and cayenne pepper and cumin
2 oz andouille sausage
1 bell pepper and red onion, cut into strips
1 tsp garlic
4 oz marinara sauce
2 oz hickory smoked barbecue sauce
1/2 cup provolone cheese and smoked gouda, shredded
10 oz rigatoni, cooked al dente
Garnish: Chopped green onions and cilantro
Season chicken with spices and sauce chicken and sausage in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add vegetables and garlic. Cook until vegetables are limp. Add sauces and bring to a boil. Place cooked pasta in a bowl and pour sauteed mixture over. Top with cheeses and garnish.
